Funny mis-recollection

" - it's from a speech by the Archbishop of Canterbury, you know, what's his name again..?"
"Rowan Atkinson".
(The curent Archbish is, of course, Rowan Williams. Though I can certainly picture Mr Bean with a tall hat!)
